Nayagi is a solo art exhibition by Sai Vijay, held at Anak Baba @ Brickfields from 27th September to 26th October 2025. The exhibition features a total of six artworks under an art series entitled Nayagi.

Sai Vijay drew inspiration for these artworks from the short story Nayagi, written by our very own local writer Mr. Uthaya Sankar. Vijay read Uthaya’s book The Painted Cat, which contains a collection of eleven short stories, with Nayagi being the very first one. After finishing the story, Vijay told Uthaya that he wished to interpret it as an art series.

A few days later, Uthaya planned to hold Bicara Nayagi at Anak Baba and expressed his interest in collaborating with Sai Vijay. That was the moment the spark for the exhibition was born.

On 27th September 2025, the exhibition was successfully launched by Vijay’s mother. Prominent industry figures such as Saresh D7, Logan Khanna, Sangaran Selvaraja, and many other notable guests attended, making the event even more magnificent.
